Dnipro is a significant industrial and commercial center in Ukraine, with a thriving economy that supports the livelihoods of over a million residents. In 2019, the city was home to 31,191 businesses and over 600,000 employed individuals. The dominant industries include agriculture, energy, mining, finance, education, retail, and information technology. The latter sector is particularly robust, with more than 12,000 IT professionals and over 170 companies, including international corporations such as Oracle, Luxoft, DataArt, and SoftServe. This diverse array of industries creates a robust real estate market for landlords, with high demand for both premium and budget-friendly office spaces.

The city of Dnipro holds great promise for economic growth and has been recognized as one of Europe’s cities with strong economic potential in the Emerging Europe 2020 rating.
